Brennan Combat Sports is made up of Julianne Poblete & Zack Brennan.
With over 20 years of experience in training athletes of all levels in a variety of sports, our goal is to offer high-level expertise in fun and easy-to-follow workouts that will help you reach your fitness goals.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Zack helped me lose 20 pounds and keep it off which I was having a very hard time keeping the weight off! He taught me MMA which I didn’t think I wanted to learn. I fell in love with the sport and now know multiple different ways to exercise.
For me the best thing zack did for me personally was he gave me back my flexibility. I stopped working out for 2 years and was still in okay shape. But I didn’t realize how locked up my bones & joints became without movement. Zack added years to my life by making me stretch & bend in ways my body wasn’t use to. He put my body on a path to being young again. Movement is so important and I really have enjoyed all the different ways I can now bend and move.
