We're a couple of people crazy passionate about helping people live a healthier life. Throughout the last 20 years, we've found that similar to us, most people want to live a long and healthy life, but just don't know how or where to start. For those of us who played sports in school, we found there was a purpose to our training. But what do you do when your sports are over, and the motivation fizzles?
We both found training in Mixed Martial Arts, or as a fighter, was a fun way to keep us healthy & motivated, and we love sharing this with others!

He is also professional mixed martial artist (MMA), a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and an expert in Boxing and Muay Thai.
As a coach and trainer Zack has helped sports agencies train their athletes for the NFL combine and off season speed and agility work and strength training. He has worked along side Olympic Wrestling Gold Medalists, BJJ World Champions, Boxing and Muay Thai Champions in developing and training dozens of combat sports athletes from the ground up, many who have successfully competed in the highest level of professional and amateur combat sports, (ie. Julianne Poblete is a Southern California Native who grew up playing tennis & basketball. She played college tennis, and studied Cognitive Psychology at the University of California, Irvine.
In 2006, Julianne started coaching young athletes, where she found her passion for teaching/coaching. After graduating college, she started her career at Hurley Int., then moved into marketing at Nike Tennis.
When she started training in combat sports, her goal was to just get in shape. After years of training, she found there was a piece missing for women like herself -- looking to use combat training (boxing, Thai boxing & jiu-jitsu) to get in shape and as an outlet for the everyday stresses in life.
"I wanted to create a private, safe, clean, and comfortable environment for people looking to train like a combat athlete in order lose weight, get in shape, and/or learn self-defense."
